New Release of Trial Director - Trial Presentation Software
We purchased Trial Director 9/06, but our attorneys are just now doing some hands-on work with the software. It seems to be difficult to use, with a huge learning curve. With a staff of 10, it appears to be a money pit. Any suggestions as to how to learn the software without spending any more money on training and/or hundreds of hours?
Richardson:
Much of what you mention will depend on how your firm is trying to use the product - and not just to say: at trial. i have found TD 5.1 very useful in pre-trial organization and with encouraging settlement based on the way I am able to organize my documents and code out the information. In trial, it is best to have someone assigned to the computer, but it is worth it to stay on top of the documents, tagging them, etc. Without knowing your situation with more particularity, it is difficult to address whatever issues you are having.
