Add-Ins to Make TimeMatters More Useable

With Karl’s post of his efforts with TimeMatters, it reminded me to write about some add-ins that can help increase the functionality of TimeMatters

I have personal familiarity with Out of the Box and Premier Software. They are both excellent. We have had a lot of success with the Out of the Box add-on. It’s actually improved our workflow and helped get things done.

I used TimeMatters/BillingMatters for several months over the summer, but found the program to be more trouble than it was worth. I had used Amicus Attorney in the past and use LawStream at present, and I believe both are far superior to TimeMatters.

I worked with Premier Software with regard to our installation and training, and unfortunately, I disagree with Dave's assessment of them. When I had trouble with Premier, they played the "pass the buck" game and did not follow through on their promises to me. I would strongly advise against using them.
