What Should They Teach in Law School?
Bill Childs, a professor at the Western New England School of Law and also the editor of the TortsProfBlog has an interesting series of posts about what should be taught during law school.
Both John Day and I have a guest post. We suggest tthat they teach more practical issues. There are a few law professors that have a more academic slant on the issue. All of the guest posts have a different slant and are worth reading. My post is here.
I also enjoyed the post from David Owen, a torts professor from the University of South Carolina Law School. David breaks it down into two topics, what he tries to teach students and what he wishes he could teach them, but can’t in a first year course.
Good stuff. thanks for putting this together Bill.
